Approach:
- Step 1: At the beginning, SBi provides a training awareness of the target standards such as Process audit VDA6.3, Potential audit P1, CQI 11, CQI 17, CQI 23,…, ISO 9001, IAFT 16949 and Customer Specific Requirement (CSR) to ensure we are on same page & assign Process Owners for specific items need to be prepared.
- Step 2: SBi conducts the audit to review the current management system (document and process) to analyze the GAPS and compliance level with Standard requirements of Process audit VDA6.3, Potential audit P1, CQI 11, CQI 17, CQI 23,…, ISO 9001, IAFT 16949 and Customer Specific Requirement (CSR) & distribute the gaps analysis report. - Step 3: SBi provides the additional trainings such as core tools APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP, 8D based on the analysis result.
- Step 4: Customer implement the corrective actions according to Process audit VDA6.3, Potential audit P1, CQI 11, CQI 17, CQI 23,…, ISO 9001, IAFT 16949 and Customer Specific Requirement (CSR).
- Step 5: SBi verifies the effectiveness of corrective actions and conduct a follow-up audit to end project.
